Cowboy Breakfast is the official kick-off to the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo. Cowboy Breakfast serves up a breakfast of champions with live entertainment accompanying the Texas-size buffet. Live music, family entertainment and breakfast are all FREE to the public. Don't forget your boots! Cowboy Breakfast also marks Dress Western Day in Austin. Join us for the fun!
