100X Club: The purpose of the 100X Club Committee is to organize and operate the 100X Club. The 100X Club is designed to generate revenue to further the mission of STFR .
Ambassadors: The purpose of the Ambassadors Committee is to provide brand promotion at community events, quests services and VIP Tours during the Fair and Rodeo.
Backstage: The purpose of the Backstage Committee is to provide entertainer hospitality, coordinate concert production and provide world class entertainment for fans. (Backstage members must be approved before joining the committee.)
BBQ Cook-off: The purpose of the BBQ Cook-off Committee is to support the youth of Texas and the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo Scholarship Fund, through fund-raising, providing volunteer services, and organizing and administering BBQ Cook-off Committee events.
Bullet Proof: The purpose of the Bullet Proof Committee is to support the projects of the youth of Texas and the Scholarship Fund of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo by working year round to secure sponsorships for Bullet Proof events held during the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo.
Calf Scramble: The purpose of the Calf Scramble Committee is to support the projects of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo and the youth of Texas through fundraising, volunteer services, and to organize and administer the Ultimate Scramble Championship at Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo performances.
Competitive Events: The purpose of the Competitive Events Committee is to host agricultural competitions. The Committee’s main focus is to provide and impartial opportunity for the youth and adults of Texas to compete against their contemporaries while obtaining knowledge within the field of agriculture.
Cowboy Breakfast: The purpose of the Cowboy Breakfast Committee is to plan, organize, solicit donations, set up, tear down and other related activities involving the orchestration of Cowboy Breakfast. Cowboy Breakfast serves as the kickoff event to the Fair and Rodeo.
Event Staff: The purpose of the Event Staff Committee is to provide guest hospitality, take tickets and ensure world class entertainment for fans.
Exhibits: The purpose of the Acts and Exhibits Committee is to make all food and commercial vendors, Kidstown vendors and attractions feel welcome, as well as assist with their needs during the Show.
Founders Club: The purpose of the Founders Club Committee is to sell all Founders Club memberships and operate the Founders Club during the Fair and Rodeo.
Gala: The purpose of the Gala Committee is to support the youth of Texas and the Scholarship fund of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo by working year round to secure silent auction items and ticket sales for the annual Gala.
Golf Tournament: The purpose of the Golf Tournament Committee is to host the Cowboy Classic Golf Tournament. The Cowboy Classic is designated to generate revenue to further the mission of Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo.
Information & Souvenir: The purpose of the Information and Souvenir Committee is to provide general information and directions to patrons visiting the Fairgrounds while also organizing, promoting and selling official Rodeo Austin souvenirs.
Junior Leaders Committee: The purpose of the Junior Leaders Committee is to allow younger members the opportunity to support the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo mission through work assingments gathered and managed by the adult members of the Junior Leaders Committee.
Kids Club: The purpose of the Kids Club Committee is to promote The Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo and its mission by providing a membership-based club and activities for children under the age of 12.
Membership Committee: The purpose of the Membership Committee is to recruit new members and retain existing members of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo.
Miss Rodeo Austin: The purpose of Miss Rodeo Austin Committee is to provide a quality scholarship contest that maintains an atmosphere where contestants, parents, and committee members will be enriched by the experience, provide scholarships for the advancement and education of young women, and to support the Miss Rodeo Austin and the Miss Rodeo Austin Princess as they represent the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo.
Mutton Bustin': The purpose of the Mutton Bustin' Committee is to provide a safe and fun experience for mutton busters and family-friendly entertainment during the Fair and Rodeo.
Operations: The purpose of the Operations Committee is to support all committees of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo logistically through setup, execution of, and completion of each committee’s respective events.
Raffle Committee: The purpose of the Raffle Committee is to host the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo official raffle and generate revenue year round through the sale of raffle tickets at Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo events.
Rodeo: The purpose of the Rodeo Committee is to provide a fair and safe event for contestants and world class entertainment for fans.
Scholarship: The purpose of the Scholarship and Endowment Committee is to set policy for the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo Scholarship Program and seek endowments donors.
Shoot Out: The purpose of the Shootout Committee is to host the annual Sporting Clay Tournament. The Shoot Out is designed to generate revenue to further the mission of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo.
Ticket Sales: The purpose of the Ticket Sales Committee is to increase Group, Xtreme, and Season Ticket sales, as well as extend hospitality to ticket holders during the Fair and Rodeo.
Wine Event: The purpose of the Off the Vine Wine Tasting & Silent Auction Committee is to support the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo mission by working year round to secure sponsorships, ticket sales, and auction items for the Off the Vine Wine Tasting & Silent Auction.
Youth Auction: The purpose of the Youth Auction Committee is to support the projects of the youth of Texas and the Scholarship Fund of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo through fund-raising, providing volunteer services, and organizing and administering the Youth Auction event.
