Exhibit Locations

The Mezzanine

The Rodeo Mezzanine is a prime location for commercial exhibitors with premium products.  It is located in the Rodeo Arena where the ProRodeo and Concert performances are held nightly.  Vendors in this area are able to showcase their products to over 65,000 rodeo fans that attend the 15 performances.  Vendors in the Mezzanine open their booths an hour before the ProRodeo begins and remain opened until the show is over.  Rodeo patrons have paid an additional ticket price to enter the Rodeo Arena and this exhibit space is ideal for premium products.  The exposure for vendors in this area is heightened, as the Mezzanine consists of over 3,000 square feet of premier commercial exhibit space. 

The Exhibit Hall

The Exhibits Hall is an indoor shopping Mecca located in the center of the Fairgrounds next to the Youth Center and the Rodeo Arena. It is easily accessible and Kidstown is located right outside of the Exhibit Hall.  Vendors in the Exhibit Hall open when the Fair opens to the public and anyone who pays the Fairgrounds fee is allowed to enter into the Exhibit Hall.  The range of products and services is endless and the traffic is continuously flowing through the 20,000 square foot building, which only allows for the best 70 exhibits. 

The Outdoor Exhibits

The Outdoor Exhibits are strategically dispersed across the Fairgrounds, adjacent to popular features including Kidstown, the Outdoor Stage, the Carnival, Whiplash the Cowboy Monkey and the Racing Pigs. High traffic will allow for maximum exposure for your products.  Outdoor Exhibits can accommodate larger display areas with few limitations to booth size.  Outdoor exhibits can range from a Rock Wall, a trailer selling jewelry or sunglasses, to a mobile marketing unit.  Outdoor Exhibits are also great for Attractions of any kind.

The Food Court

The Food Court is conveniently located outside of the Rodeo Arena and each Food Vendor is carefully selected. Presentation and appearance are very important and only the highest quality booths with exceptional food products are selected.  Due to the economics of supply and demand, STFR limits the number of Food Vendors in the Food Court to a maximum of 20 booths.  Within these 20 booths, only two vendors will be allowed to sell similar products.  In 2009 20,000 corndogs, 9,000 funnel cakes and 12,000 bags of cotton candy were sold!
